your guests to a private estate style wedding! Historic Kinloch
is truly a unique and beautiful setting for weddings. The
manor home is a 7,000 square foot private residence perfectly
designed to entertain guests with an open and spacious floor
plan. The 20 acres of grounds affords couples many choices
to stage their ceremony and allows guests the freedom to enjoy
the sweeping grounds rather than being confined to one area.
Historic Kinloch is a photographer’s dream and photographic
options abound on these lovely grounds.
The large tented pavilion and dance floor offers the perfect
set up for the reception and opens into our 600 foot
glass sunroom where buffets are set up conveniently indoors.
When possible,
and based on availability, two hours can be scheduled the
day before the wedding for the immediate wedding party to
rehearse and decorate. This is also convenient to the bridal
party as they may bring in their clothes and other items to
be left in preparation for the day of the wedding. Historic
Kinloch does not schedule any other events when a wedding
is booked; therefore the estate is truly the bride’s
private sanctuary for family, guests and the bridal party.
Kinloch can accommodate 350 plus guests for outdoor weddings and up to 120 guests for an indoor seated wedding ceremony. For both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies; the wedding reception is held outside in our tented pavilion. Guests have use of the manor house for indoor bathroom facilities, the bar and billiards room as well as seating areas inside the home. The 600 square foot garden room which overlooks the pavilion is used for the catering and wedding cake display, making it very convenient for guests to come in from the tented area to be served and then flow back outdoors into the seated tent area for dining.
Kinloch
does not offer overnight accommodations. There are five hotels
within 20 minutes of the estate and shuttle service for guests
can be arranged.
Larger weddings will incur additional charges. Historic Kinloch can accommodate up to 350 guests. Call for prices for smaller weddings with guests 50 and under.

Historic Kinloch
does not allow for any catering services other than their
recommended caterers. You may bring in other service providers
of your own choosing or select from our list of preferred
vendors.
